Gift vouchers are valid for 3 years from the date of issue. All gift vouchers are subject to availability at the time of booking and conditions may apply. Gift vouchers are non-transferable and not redeemable for cash exchange. Value vouchers are partially redeemable, vouchers valid for a set experience are not partially redeemable. Gift vouchers are redeemable at any Éliva Spa. The gift voucher may be used to purchase any goods and/or services at these spas. Please note that lost or stolen gift vouchers cannot be replaced. Gift vouchers are issued for personal use only and must not be resold, transferred, or used for any commercial, promotional, or marketing purposes without prior written consent from Éliva. Vouchers may, however, be donated or used in support of charitable events or fundraising activities, provided they are not sold for profit or otherwise commercially exploited.

When making a booking please quote the gift voucher number. Bookings are subject to standard spa cancellation policies. Service fees apply on Sundays and Public Holidays. Gift vouchers must be presented on the day of redemption. To redeem a gift voucher please call our team between 9am and 5pm. Please note a 10% surcharge applies to bookings made on Sundays and 15% on public holidays.
